The purpose of this online tool is to allow you to consider, and provide us with, the information we require to prepare a Will and/or Enduring Power of Attorney documents for you, at a time and place that is convenient for you.

Once you have submitted your answers, a Base Lawyer will assess your requirements and then contact you to discuss, clarify any questions, and provide you with a fee estimate.

If you wish, you can then instruct us to prepare the documents for you, which will be confirmed via an engagement letter.

Your use of this online tool does not:

• create your legal documents; or
• create an obligation on you to engage us to prepare your legal documents; or
• create an obligation on us to prepare your legal documents for you.
