Nadine brings more than eight years of experience in residential property and conveyancing law, together with a practical, client-focused approach to achieving successful outcomes. Throughout her career, she has assisted purchasers, vendors, investors and borrowers with property transactions and refinancing matters, earning a reputation for providing clear advice, strong technical expertise, and a calm, reassuring presence during what can often be a stressful process.

With extensive experience reviewing agreements, LIM reports, titles, body corporate documentation, due diligence investigations and lending documentation, Nadine enjoys translating complex legal matters into plain English. She is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and is known for her warm communication style, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

Nadine is also passionate about technology and process improvement, regularly exploring ways to use digital tools and automation to create more efficient workflows and enhance the client experience. Her practical approach, combined with a strong understanding of legal and business processes, helps deliver solutions that are efficient, effective, and easy to understand.

Outside of work, Nadine enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and making the most of New Zealand's great outdoors. Living on a lifestyle block provides the perfect balance to her busy professional life and reflects her appreciation for community, nature and a slower pace outside of work.
