Kate’s clients value her effective communication, down to earth nature, and her innate ability to get stuff done. A reliable and robust legal thinker brimming with positivity, Kate is known for her good instincts and generosity with her time.

Kate advises a range of clients through various transactions and is invested in facilitating excellent outcomes every step of the way. From first home buyers to large scale developers, she is well versed in all aspects of property law including residential and commercial property, building contracts and off the plan purchases, leases and subdivisions as well as private client work including trust formation, estate planning and elder law.

Kate takes a genuine interest in client’s transactions no matter the size of the transaction or the client involved. She enjoys forming a long-term client relationship with clients and ensuring all their needs are met.

Kate grew up in the Waikato before moving to Dunedin to complete a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at Otago University, graduating in 2009. Whilst devoting her time to her young family, she also supports her husband run his business at Pine Harbour Marina and is a competitive tennis player and part of the thriving Maraetai Tennis Club Committee.
