Kate works with a wide range of clients, from first-home buyers to developers, guiding them through every stage of their transaction. She is highly experienced in property law, including residential and commercial property, building contracts, off-the-plan purchases, leases, and subdivisions. Her expertise also extends to private client matters such as trust formation, estate planning, and elder law.

With a genuine interest in people, Kate prioritises long-term relationships and ensures those around her feel supported no matter the scope of their needs.

Originally from the Waikato, Kate studied at the University of Otago, where she completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, graduating in 2009. Away from the office, Kate can be found on the tennis court, keeping active at the gym, and being with her family.
